The Barn at Meadow Farms was built with weddings in mind and our goal has always been to offer an affordable option to couples without causing excess stress, so we try to keep things as simple as possible around here!
Nestled in rural Greenback, TN you'll find The Barn in a quaint country setting away from the hustle and bustle. The vendors in our area are some of the best so choosing a "small town" venue doesn't mean you have to settle.
We only book 1 wedding per day and we don't allow tours or u-picks on wedding days so its private just for you and your family! Take full advantage of the farm by hosting your rehearsal dinner with us.
Summer couples also have the option to cut their own flowers or have the flowers for your big day supplied by our farm. Imagine cutting your own flowers, walking through the field with your bridal party the day before your wedding surrounded by butterflies, and the endless magical pictures your photographer is going to capture of you. Their is no better way to spend your wedding day than frolicking through a flower field. Flowers begin blooming in June and continue blooming until the first frost in October/November.
The options are endless for your event layout. We do have a standard setup that works for most of our couples but we love when couples decide to get creative and design their own layout.
Not all barns are built equal! We are a fully insulated venue with Heat & A/C. The Barn at Meadow Farms is a finished event space that hosts events year round. We also have an indoor gas fireplace, perfect for lighting in the cool fall evenings when you still need the A/C during the day.
Whether you're a DIY couple with a vision or not so creative, we have something to accommodate everyone. The options are endless!
Our most popular Ceremony Location is The Arbor on our property with a wooded backdrop.
Using The Barn as your backdrop makes for magical photos. The sun sets behind the barn so you don't have to worry about shadows on your face in photos. Inside of the barn is a great weather safe option.
We've had couples who wanted a different look so they picked their own backdrop and some even choose to bring in their own arbor.
Items Provided by Venue
We think its important for you to know what is included in your venue rental so you can accurately compare the venues you're considering for your big day. Its hard to compare strictly pricing, listed below are some of the perks if you choose to become a Meadow Farms couple. We've chosen to set up our property with you in mind, supplying all of the large items you need. Literally, all you have to do is show up with your bridal party and decorations, and the space will be ready for you. Make sure you consider that when comparing other venues.
Venue Coordinator - A member from our team will be available all day if you need anything venue related. Need additional trash bags? Does your vendor need help? Need the fireplace turned on? Our team is here to serve you on your big day.
Exclusive venue rental - Our property will be private for you and your family!
Venue Furniture - includes 15 60” rounds, 2 48” rounds, 2 36” rounds, 1 6’ long table, 3 8’ long tables, 18 custom benches for an outdoor ceremony, 140 gold chiavari chairs with padded seat (no plastic folding chairs here). When comparing venue pricing, find out if furniture is included. If not, you may want to get a quote for rentals and delivery.
Table Linens - For all of the tables we provide we supply floor length linens available in white, ivory, and oatmeal.
Cloth Napkins - We will order whatever color cloth napkin you want. We can’t always match dress colors perfectly but we can usually get very close. If you choose not to do a full tablescape, cloth napkins are an easy way to dress up your tables.
Bridal Suite - perfectly designed for you and your ladies to spend the day getting ready. It’s located inside of the barn, in the loft. It’s a great spot to overlook your reception space and watch as vendors and guests arrive for your big day. It includes a vintage sectional, bridal vanity, a mirror gallery wall, 2 bridesmaid vanities, a spot for your gown, a spot for your bridesmaids dresses, and lots of outlets for all of the things your ladies will need to get ready.
Two Groom’s Rooms - Two identical rooms for the guys to change in, featuring a TV with wifi access.
Two Restrooms - Vaulted ceilings and rustic finishes. Handicap Accessible
Set Up & Break Down - We make setup a priority so that your family and friends don’t have to move large furniture to get the venue ready for your wedding. We will schedule a final walkthrough 30 days before your big day to finalize your setup so when you show up the space is ready to go, with only decorating left to tackle. Cloth Napkins are the only item supplied by us that we don’t set up because the folding options are unlimited.
Engagement or Bridal Session - You can use our property at no additional charge!
Parking Attendant - A member of our team will be onsite to direct parking at least two hours before your ceremony time.
Multiple Ceremony Locations Available
Full Kitchen - If you book our venue for two days, you could host your rehearsal dinner onsite. Feel free to use the space for lunch on your wedding day before your caterer takes over.
