To reserve your date and put your name on our calendar a $500 refundable damage deposit is due when you sign your contract. This does not go towards your rental fee, it is refundable and you will receive it back after your event as long as nothing is missing or damaged.

The rental fee will be split into two payments, to be paid in full 90 days before your event.

We ask that guests are out by 10p, leaving you and your vendors an additional hour to clean up. Doors will be locked at 11p. 

Our two day rental is our most popular option. Couples tell us they love having the venue for two days to be able to come in and decorate the day before, it takes so much stress off of your big day. You can also use this time to rehearse and host your rehearsal dinner on site. (You get the venue from 12p-9p on Day 1 & the venue will be unlocked at 8a on Day 2)
